Membership is open to all health care providers of Long Term Care who have an interest in sharing quality improvement ideas, challenges and barriers to good care, patient-centred care and policy, innovative practice, adaptive technology and clinically significant research findings. We are a group of like-minded providers who value the collective wisdom and counsel of our colleagues of all disciplines.

How long is my membership?Membership for the CSLTCM are one year terms. You will be sent a reminder prior to your purchase date, reminding you that your fee is due, as the plan does not auto renew.

How do I cancel my membership?In order to cancel your membership you must email csltcmed@gmail.com with your name and the cancellation will be processed. You will be not be refunded the remaining balance of your membership plan.

Can I get a refund on my membership?The CSLTCM doesn't refund memberships.
